Hello PTA Members!  This is our September 25th PTA Members Association  Meeting Agenda.  The meeting will begin @ 6pm, however, we will have some refreshments and a 15 minute meet and greet at 5:45pm.  Hope to see you all there!

a.    Secretary reads minutes from March & Special Association Meeting

IV.          Reports of Treasurer
a.    Treasurer’s Report- Covers period from March 27 till September 24
b.    Bills to be paid?
c.    Approval and Ratification of disbursements since last regular Association Meeting- itemized as to who paid, amount, and what payment covered.

V.            Report of the Executive Board- Action Items
Recommendations voted on one at a time, the Secretary motions for the adoption of each one & Treasurer asks for release of funds

3.    Approve Proposed Budget for 2012-2013

Heads up!!  Membership cards should be coming home with your student over the next couple weeks!  Also, we still need volunteers, sponsors and H2O donations for the Walk-a-Thon on 9/28/12!!
Upcoming Dates:
9/7/12-Reflections Chalk the Sidewalk Mural. At all recesses on the upper field blacktop.
9/11/12- Country Fair Planning committee. 3pm.
9/25/12-Association Meeting-MEET OUR SUPERINTENDANT!!!! 5:45pm.
